My 5-year-old A/C unit stopped cooling abruptly on Friday morning, May 2. I did all of the usual YouTube hocus pocus but decided to contact Armor after researching them and found that they had impeccable reviews. I am here to add another one. Stephen and Sean/Shawn/Shaun showed up promptly as promised at 12:30. Within the hour we were back in business. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I am always wary of these types of providers, but I was completely at ease with these guys, so I opted in for their maintenance plan and now I am typing this in a wonderfully climate-controlled house. Professional, efficient, friendly, and reasonable. First maintenance visit was great, Justin did the service and then made a few low-pressure suggestions for system improvements. The entire time he was at my home he was very professional, courteous, and he knows his stuff. If you are not using Armor you are making a mistake. 10 stars.

Brandon came by to check thermostat and redirect some airflow. Stephen did a complete check of my 1-year-old system, with an All Good. Thank you, Stephen! Justin looked at unit. Determined excessive sweating from unit is expected, due to location in garage. I believe unit is not sealed around unit. Installation, apparently, was not done thoroughly. Would you accept the appearance of a $13,000 A/C unit to look this way after 1 year? Justin came by and squared everything up. Even did a few extra things to double check. I am a happy camper now. Armor Service Group A/C & Heating came out within an hour of my contact with them to service my A/C system. The technician, Stephen, was very knowledgeable and showed me the problem with my coils being rusted and that the Freon wasn’t leaking at the outside unit; it was leaking from the rusting coils and therefore had to be replaced! He understood my issue of living on disability and found financing that I could do! I am so thankful for a business to care about their clients! They are TOP NOTCH!! Justin arrived as scheduled for same-day service. He gave me updates on his arrival time and actually called to let me know he was near. When Justin arrived, he placed protective covers on his shoes before entering my home. He was very cordial and professional. He asked me to describe what my unit was doing, then he started inspecting and diagnosing fault codes as well as listening for subtle sounds as the unit attempted to operate. After a short time, Justin explained what the fault codes indicated and the proposed corrective actions he would undertake. When Justin was finished, my system was operating properly. I highly recommend Armor Service Group Cooling and Heating! They arrived on time, repaired my system, and made recommendations for future preventative maintenance.
