My 5-year-old A/C unit stopped cooling abruptly on Friday morning, May 2. I did all of the usual YouTube hocus pocus but decided to contact Armor after researching them and found that they had impeccable reviews. I am here to add another one. Stephen and Sean/Shawn/Shaun showed up promptly as promised at 12:30. Within the hour we were back in business. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I am always wary of these types of providers, but I was completely at ease with these guys, so I opted in for their maintenance plan and now I am typing this in a wonderfully climate-controlled house. Professional, efficient, friendly, and reasonable.
First maintenance visit was great, Justin did the service and then made a few low-pressure suggestions for system improvements. The entire time he was at my home he was very professional, courteous, and he knows his stuff. If you are not using Armor you are making a mistake. 10 stars.
