Their team came up with a great plan and executed it flawlessly. They were able to completely redo our ductwork in one day and worked tirelessly to make sure it was complete. We had a family emergency during the scheduled service and the guys worked tirelessly to make sure our job was complete so that it was one less thing on my plate. Our Amana thermostat had gone off a few times, and I reached out to Ken in regards, probably around 9/9:30-ish this morning. Laith showed up at 1 p.m. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He went straight to the inside unit and found the issue. Our drain line was clogged, and he went out and cleaned it. He is coming back to do a checkup and adjustments on Tuesday.
